Get 4.38% for 12-month deposits with the Alliance Term Deposit-i promotion, available from 5 January to 28 February 2023. The promotion shall end when Alliance has achieved the threshold allocated or at the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
Some notes:

Verdict - best 12-month FD rate so far, and the minimum placement is good at RM5,000. The OTC placement might be a hassle, but the good news is that Alliance Bank is also organizing Saturday banking as part of their overall campaign at all bank branches, so it's a good time to place some deposits.
